With the character of an old claw-footed tub, this bowl is quietly grand. I offer this unique group of bowls from the unusual Tin Man Kiln, currently deconstructed. With a smoothly open form and generous volume, this bowl is wonderfully multi-use.

9”x7”x3”tall, bare helmer-based porcelain fired in the Tin Man, using wood and waste vegetable oil as fuel, with the finishing addition of soda, so the surface is pleasant to the touch or fork.
