Shipping & Returns
Incorporated into the cost of the work is a "handling" charge, as all shipped work is painstakingly packaged to ensure a successful delivery. You will find that shipping charges relate to purchase amount. If you are ordering from the Portland, OR area, consider the option of free home delivery. It is very fun to meet face to face, and I am generally in the city on Saturdays.
If you are a retailer interested in ordering wholesale, please contact me directly at email@example.com. It would probably make sense for us to figure out a palette charge for shipping.
Currently, I do not ship internationally. However, if you interested in placing a large order for commissioned work, I am happy to research the necessary shipping costs and procedures to incorporate into a quote for you.

I accept returns for store credit or exchange only on all items except commissions and sale items. Returns must be sent to me within 1 month from the date of shipment and must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by sales receipt. All special ordered item are final sale and can not be returned. Returns must be shipped via insured courier at your cost. Shipping costs incurred by Luscious Porcelain cannot be refunded or credited for exchange.
